The Customer Experience Company – rebrand
As Brand Manager for The Customer Experience Company (CEC), Hark Design's Kerry Hewitson delivered the research, strategy, design, management and implementation of a hugely successful rebranding and positioning project for the organisation.
CEC is an independent consulting firm specialising in CX and customer-centric transformation. The way CEC works is adaptable, transformational and always evolving – integrating people, technology and culture change. CEC wanted all this to be reflected and accommodated in their new visual identity and their new workspace (workspace/interior design by BVN).
Design thinking and human-centred design are at the core of many of the services CEC deliver. To obtain more robust and successful design solutions, some of the principles and techniques used in this method of working were integrated into the brand development process.
After a thorough research, investigation and collaboration process, strategy and messaging were developed – resulting in an effective and meaningful platform, and an engaging new visual identity, passionately embraced by CEC team members and clients alike.
